So I have an idea right. Let’s build a classic mini race car and go racing! My other half stared back at me with that blank expression which I took to mean “so you’re going to waste your money on an expensive past time! Where do I fit into your plans?” and “do you not think that you’ve wasted enough cash on mini parts over the years?”
This might be the toughest part of the challenge….
Then she said “not until after the wedding”. At least is wasn’t a flat refusal. And our wedding was next April, just 5 months away. There was a glimmer of hope after all.
